AIC-PNW Consulting

Thirty years in the field, on call for your shop.

AIC-PNW is the consulting side of AIC. We help low-voltage and AV integrators get their operations connected and their systems right: the job from JetBuilt to closeout, the design and commissioning in between, and the crew doing the work.

Practice areas

Three places we do our best work.

Each engagement starts with a discovery call so the scope is written around your problem, not a menu.

01 · Operations

Where do your POs live after JetBuilt?

We map the job from quote to closeout and take out the retyping: POs, stock, the schedule, timesheets, and the books. Set up on Terminal, or fix the workflow you already have in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or D-Tools.

  • Quote-to-close workflow map
  • PO, inventory, and job-costing setup
  • Terminal onboarding for the whole shop
02 · Systems

Design review, commissioning, and the job that won't behave

Audio, video, controls, and RF, from a second set of eyes on a design to a commissioning plan to troubleshooting a system that was turned over and still isn't right.

  • Design and signal-flow review
  • Commissioning and handoff plans
  • On-site troubleshooting
03 · Crew

Training for the techs you have

On-site or remote training built the way it was taught at a community college and IBEW Local 46: signal path, controls, and the Washington 06 exam, paired with GTG courses the crew can keep on their phones.

  • Shop training days
  • Apprentice curriculum
  • WA 06 prep for a crew
How we work

Three stages, one named deliverable.

No retainers to start. You know what you're getting and when before anything is billed.

Deliver
The deliverable, walked through live.A report, a design package, a proposal draft, or a working pilot plan, reviewed with you on a call so nothing lands as a surprise.
